As a research assistant, you will be responsible for working on projects in the field of communication, management and political consulting. You will work on consulting and research projects on behalf of business and the public sector in direct contact with clients. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team of engineers, natural scientists, social scientists and economists. You think beyond your field of expertise, are able to grasp complex issues quickly and are a competent contact person for our customers. Well-founded and structured documentation is a matter of course for you.
Your qualifications: Master's degree (FH/Uni) or diploma (FH/Uni) in social sciences, psychology or geography with expertise in facilitating participatory processes, stakeholder dialogues, moderation and design thinking methods, qualitative and quantitative methods in application and evaluation.
Task
- Preparation of expert reports and analyses
- Organisation and moderation of workshops
- Conducting and evaluating qualitative and quantitative interviews
- Supporting our engineers and scientists in social and economic issues
- Conducting quantitative surveys
- Supporting the project managers in planning, organising and implementing projects

The employment is based on the collective agreement for the public service of the Länder (TV-L Bavaria) and includes e.g. 30 days of holiday with a 5-day week, flexible working hours with the option of home office, working time account, annual special payment in November, employer-financed company pension scheme (direct insurance), training opportunities.
