bifa presents itself with a stand at the KOMMUNALE 2019 trade fair in Nuremberg
On the first day of the fair, the Bavarian Minister of State, Thorsten Glauber (Environment and Consumer Protection) visited the bifa stand during a tour of the fair. The minister found out about the work and services currently offered by the environmental institute.
On both days of the fair, mayors, heads of authorities and heads of department of towns, cities and municipalities visited the bifa stand to inform themselves about the current topics. The overriding focus was on energy topics, such as drawing up energy use plans or support for participation processes. Many discussions also covered the topics of municipal waste, climate protection and climate adaptation in municipalities.
