Exhibition: Carbon - material of the future!

The exhibition also answers important questions concerning environmental compatibility, sustainability and recycling.

Carbon experts have their say in a film. For example, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Wolfgang Rommel of bifa explains to visitors the potential of the material, but also where the ecological, economic and practical problems lie, and that there is still need for action.

In the museum visitors can find out more about the fascinating properties and areas of application of this lightweight but decidedly stable material and can test it and see for themselves at numerous hands-on stations. The interactive show covers an area of over 1,000 square metres on which there are around 200 impressive objects from the automotive and aerospace sectors, architecture, design, lifestyle, medicine and the "future". It is thus the largest exhibition on this topic to date in Germany.
